Funding

Lumias is built by all of us, for all of you. We are committed to building Lumias by imparting knowledge, sharing our experience and providing the best quality to our users.

So far, we have invested countless hours of development work into this project and our runway consists of over $35.000 USD of our own funds. According to our latest calculations, the funds are intended to cover costs as such (please note we reserve the right to alter these allocations accordingly):

• $30.000 - development and infrastructure costs;

• $3.000 - initial funding for Lumify;

• $2.000 - marketing and community events.

We are always looking for new avenues to increase our treasury and project runway. We plan to apply for a grant on Polygon Village DAO. This grant will help speed development time and cover some of the growing infrastructure costs. The grant worth $50.000 USD will be spent as such:

• 25% - $12.500: onboarding Lumify projects, showcasing the strengths of the program;

• 25% - $12.500: team wages (see Treasury and costs for a detailed breakdown of how team will be paid);

• 25% - $12.500: expanding and improving our infrastructure to cater to the growing number of user we expect to have;

• 15% - $7.500: sponsoring incentives for using and exploring Lumias’ features.

• 10% - $5.000: sponsoring events for 3rd party games who are seeking integration with Lumias.
