We are constantly looking for ways to help sustain new partnerships and the Lumify program. We believe we have developed a model that will allow us to scale our product with ease as we add more partners and products. It is important for us to be able to reinvest in the development of the product with profits from our app, which are essential for Lumias and Lumify to flourish. In order to do this, we have settled on a fee and commission structure for accessing Lumias. These fees and commissions can vary according to which service you choose, market conditions, and user sentiment.
At the moment, our estimates for the fees are at 1% per transaction, with 70% of it going to the treasury and 30% going towards developers and team salaries.
We know how important marketing is for a project - it can make or break the entire product. In an effort to maintain our initial cost down, we plan to mark the project launch by having very small fees and offer free access to our in-house games (counting them as net loss). We believe this will incentivize users to use our ecosystem and drive projects forward and integrate with us, drawn in by our increasing user count.
The fees will be slowly increased over time, always watching the overall project health and user satisfaction - we believe our normal fees will be way below those of our competition. The majority of our marketing funds will be spent on promoting our project, with a central focus on bringing value to our partnered projects that choose a deeper level of integration (projects that chose to use our NFT marketplace, using our store to sell their items etc.). Special attention will also be offered to indie developers and game studios that chose to build games with higher degrees of integration for our platform, offering them sponsored tournaments and events that showcase their strengths.
